Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Denison

Cashier Priscilla was rude and had attitude from the start, I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese and she grabbed a regular hnr pepperoni out the box and try to ring it up as a extra most bestest pizza. After asking and double checking this was a pizza I ordered, she just replied "it's the same thing" hurried and picked up the phone so she could ignore me. Ive worked there before for almost 6 years and know the ins and outs of how that place works. I order extra cheese because it's not a hnr product and has to be made fresh. But rude cashier's like Priscilla will try to sell you old pizzas out the box. They don't Evan properly mark the times the food is good for, at all. (Which is against corporate and major food laws) so I'm sure you will be having surprise inspections soon. Believe that. That's what the numbers on the side of the box are for. (Old system) so you know how old the pizza is. (The new system) they sticker the box and scan and the computer keeps track of how old it is and will refuse to sell if older than 30mins. But they don't use stickers either. So theres no real way to verify how old your food is. Ever since the new owners bought it, This place is a joke, I could list off 20 other things that this place does horribly and I'm honestly suprised their not shut down yet. Your better off going to Sherman or another pizza chain altogether...

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any place. One gentleman was told 5 more minutes and it was about 40. Another gentleman called his in as I did. It took us nearly 30 min. The people working there were very childish and especially the one that said she was the manager. Her name was Jasmine. She informed all of us waiting that this was not a five star restaurant and if we didn’t like it to leave. Well a few people tried to get their money refunded. None of the employees were wearing gloves or hairnets. When we brought that to her attention her reply was mind our own business. The place was a disaster in the back room that we could see. One employee did wash his hands but dried them on his pants because there was no paper towels. The health department needs to be contacted. When she finally gave me my pizza she laughed and said hope you enjoy. Well I took that as a threat so I threw it in the trash. I could continue but I’m sure you’re getting the idea...

I couldn't order a pizza online due to an issue with my card so I called the store (Friday evening at about 5:30PM). The young lady that answered was very polite. I had to be put on hold as the location was very busy. She came back and answered about 3-4 min later and took my order. I got to the location about 15 minutes later and they were (obviously) very busy for a Friday evening. I was happy to wait a little longer as she served all the customers that came in and she was so joyful greeting each customer and handling orders. The folks in the back were VERY busy and were helping each other get through the mountain of orders that were coming in.

I hope that the regional manager reads these reviews and I would like to ask that the team on Friday evening (09-12-2025) be recognized for their hard work.
