Wok Xpress — Restaurant in Denison

I drove thru Panda Express first and was disgusted at the thought of their inconsistent quality, so I drove off. Along the way home, I passed by Wok Xpress and have always been curious to stop and try, but just hadn't before. I swung through the drive-thru and saw the menu selections unsure if I was just looking or ordering. A voice came over the speaker, so what the heck? I might as well try the General Tsos Chicken with fried rice. It was just under $10 with a $1 tip added, not bad at all for what looked like a good meal. I waited at the window and knew it was taking a moment because it was being prepared fresh! I received my order and pulled over for a quick peek, it looked amazing. I might as well take a little bite, too. Well, I sat there on the side of the building in a parking spot and devoured the whole thing just about. The chicken was crispy and well coated, the broccoli was steamed firm to perfection. The rice was the right consistency to grab the sauce. Everything was GREAT about my first visit to Wok Xpress. PS would have given this "Zero Stars" if I could. We use to love eating here but mostly thru drive thru. We went inside to eat Friday night. We got there @ 9:09 pm. They close @ 10 pm. Before we even ordered the young man behind the counter said "we should get it to go because they will be cleaning up & mopping". I said really this early?? He hesitated then finally someone told him to take our order. The smell of the mop water chemicals was so strong the cup they just handed me tasted like the water smelled. I 1st thought the drinks them self were spoiled but turned out to be the cup. They did give me another cup. But then our food comes out, took 2 bites each & here came the man mopping. It smelled so strong we couldn't eat. We started packing our food up then the guy that waited on us said "y'all don't have to leave, he was just moping that side". We said "No thanks we feel like we are in the way and not welcomed" Use to go thru drive thru, & occasionally go in but not anymore. We are done!!! Don't waste your time...

LA PEOR ATENCIÓN QUE HE TENIDO EN 35 AÑOS COMIENDO EN EL TEXOMA RESTAURANTES,OJALÁ LOS DUEÑOS HAGAN ALGO CON ESTA ATENCIÓN TAN GROSERA. today i just got to the wok restaurant in denison and started ordering. 2 men were eating. one of them got up to take the order in a rude way. He spoke to me in a loud tone and did not let me see what i wanted. When I asked for what I had chosen, he began to contradict my order. I ordered a box of rice with shrimp and one with chicken. I asked for a box orange chicken and he began to tell me about rice. I am had been there for 2 years and it has always been like that, I asking for A BOX OF ORANGE CHICKEN. IF I HAD ALREADY ORDERED RICE WHY WOULD I WANT MORE RICE???

What a rude attention. So rude. I had already eaten a long time in that restaurant and little by little the orders were emptier.
