I placed my order on the app around 11 AM Saturday 04/24. when I arrived the store doors were closed and locked. A customer was walking out and unlocked it and I walked in to grab my order that I had already paid for when a worker stepped in front of me and got in my face and told me that I need to leave and that the store was closed. Her mask was not covering her nose or mouth as she was in my face. I told her I am just here to grab my order that I paid for and she kept telling me to leave. I told her please don’t give me an attitude and she started threatening me telling me to get the F out of the store and that she has a right to not serve me. I kept saying I’m just here to grab my order that I paid for and when I went to grab my order they did not have it complete. I asked where my doughnut was I had already paid for it and the woman kept repeating that I needed to leave and that she has a right to not serve me. I said well I paid for my food how am I going to get the money back. another worker behind the counter had told me that they ran out of food and I stated that the case was full of donuts including the one that I ordered. The lady telling me to get out of the store and then went behind the counter and grab my doughnut and I left. before I had left a customer had told me that the service here was awful and that she felt sorry. I go here every single day and not once have I been treated this way I am very disappointed. there was at least a dozen customers in the store at the time not only was I embarrassed for the worker, I really hope that was not the manager. The woman who was demanding I get out of the store was short tan and had black hair she seemed as if she had a history of drug or alcohol abuse and smelt terribly...

Read moreI have never received a correct order. I order often, through Doordash, and never receive the correct order. My girls love their donuts, so I fall for it each time they nicely ask for a treat and each time, we only get our drinks and never our food. I have called their store and they blame it on Doordash, but Doordash just picks up the order. Today was the 5th time this has happened. The receipt online and on the bag all show the same thing and the food I order yet I fail to ever get the actual food. I think it's awful and I won't be using this service or this specific store in the future. I have had enough with paying for meals never given to me and then having to find secondary options and quickly so my kids can eat and not be upset that they waited for their treats and never received them....ever Awful...
