There was 2 lady’s wearing a black subway shirt , there was this one lady name melinda and she was super disgusting with her mouth when i asked a simple question as to if my food was ready for pickup because the app said “ food is ready for pickup” she clearly looked at me in a disgusted way and said “ the app lied to you” which im pretty sure she lied to me . The restaurant was dirty, the staff untrained, and the manager was out having a cigarette while no cleaning was being done, and there were no customers in store except for me. When I asked for a meatball sandwich with provolone cheese, the trainee/server said, "We don't have any provolone." The manager finally came in and found some provolone and made my sandwich......sadly she made it with stale bread ! ! ! It was hard and tasteless.
