Waves is incredibly stylish, loud, popular, expensive, and frustrating.
The menu is painfully simple; sushi and pizza. (Plus really expensive tinned seafood) This would not be a problem except that our rainbow roll was practically tasteless with a tough nori.
Our short rib pizza was yummy but a little greasy. The crudité was beautiful but disappointing. The dipping sauces are in cute little jars that are too small to get the veggies into.

Food is more small plate feel. This is a great place to have a bunch of small plates and drinks. Enjoyed things like the sushi, poké bowl, flatbreads, and seafood tower. Cocktails were also curated well and fit the menu. Tasty and worth it! The stand out item being the PHR lobster sushi roll.
