Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Denton Township

This is a tiny Dairy Queen with two windows for serving customers. All seating is outdoors, including a nice little space in the back of the building with picnic tables in a wooded area. The seating areas are clean and well maintained. The service here is lovely and the staff is very quick to make up orders. Sometimes I'll bring my pup for a doggy cone and they are always happy to make up whatever we order, as well as to answer any questions we may have. They also have a rewards punch card that gets you free blizzard after ordering ten (I think) in a season. This is a great place to stop in for a quick treat while enjoying the nice weather...weather...

Only complaint I have, is the parking is hard to get into with a big vehicle (full size truck, SUV, or van type vehicles), no drive thru and building (hence waitin area too close to road). And no more waffle cones :( But with all that out of the way, the pros outweigh the cons all day, everyday. I've NEVER had a bad experience with any of the employees, the ice cream has always been great tasting and the prices are a decent price for the size received. Busy place and genius location by the beach. Prices are good and service is fast. Only drawback is my ice cream was barely frozen so I had to eat it fast. Its understandable given it was 95 outside and I'm sure they had cranked through a lot that day and were struggling to keep up. Lines get long and slow because the people take a long time deciding not the servers. As we were ordering the people who just ordered in front of us got theirs.
