Arby's — Restaurant in Denton

My wife has brought home food from here 3 times in the past year. All 3 times my order was wrong or something was forgotten. Most recent was last week. She asked for a large regular roast beef meal. The cashier misheard and put the beef and cheddar (that's slathered in Arby's sauce and topped with onions which I dislike), my wife caught it and and told her 'no, it's the regular roast beef meal'. I was in the drive through line for 30 minutes waiting for my food since the employees like to take their sweet time. I’m from the area and Arby’s isn’t usually slow but this was just crazy on how long I had to wait. I used to work in fast food and we were fast about it too but the employees acted like they didn’t have anything else to do in life.
