Edit: Marcos did make it right so adjusted from one start to three. Our original encounter was a disaster but they certainly went out of their way to bring us back and see that our first time there was an anomaly. It is nice to know that customer service still exists.
We decided to try this new place out and from top to bottom it was a complete disappointment. We tried to order online but the website was having issue after issue so we ended up ordering over the phone. We were told 15 minutes so we arrived to pay for the order about 10 minutes later. We were told just a few minutes. After another 10 minutes we asked about the status and were told it is coming out of the oven and it would be just a minute. About 20 minutes later we asked again and were told there was an accident and they had to remake two of our pizzas and they would be right out. About 10 minutes later we asked again and were told they were being cut which was actually true this time. When the last pizza was cut they grabbed the first pizzas they finished and gave us five boxes (we ordered four pizzas). They told us they were giving us the fifth pizza because it was the pizza that belonged to the person that received our pizza that is all they could do for us. After all that waiting two out of four pizzas were still wrong. There were two woman handling customer service. One was very nice but was not empowered to do anything. The second seemed to almost detest us asking where our pizzas were when they were already 30 minutes late. She had a pretty poor attitude and really didn't seem to care about anything within the scope of her job. Neither was pro-active in figuring out what was going on and telling us. We had to ask again and again after the timelines they kept giving us turned out to be false. It was pretty apparent nobody was really running the show. When we finally got our pizzas and looked through them and asked why they were still wrong we were not given any sort of coherent answer. The lady gave us a handful of cheese and pepper packets and told us that she was sorry and that was the only consolation she was able to provide. We were already an hour into getting pizzas for a group of family members so getting them made again was not going to work. We took our two correct pizzas and three wrong pizzas and made due with some people eating leftovers instead of the pizzas...
Read moreTerrible experience! Online order for delivery placed. At about 2 hours of no pizza being delivered I called to see what was going on. They said it was set for pickup even though the email confirmation showed delivery, my address, and charged the delivery fee to my card. They apologized and said they would get the pizza, that I imagine had been sitting there for at least an hour awaiting pickup, delivered to the house. I asked for a refund at this point because by the time they got to the house it was going to be close to 3 hours after the order was placed. Megan told me I would not be charged. The delivery driver came and had a luke warm pizza (not his fault) and he was actually very nice and apologized. Pizza was mediocre at best. But the issue is that my card was still ran and processed. When I called back and spoke with Megan she said that she couldn't undo the charge on my account because it had been too long (less than a week since order). She offered me to come and PICK UP my refund from the store......I'm sorry what?? You want me to come and pick up my money from an order that you messed up to begin with....is this customer service? Jokingly I said "well you deliver pizza's....so maybe you could deliver my refund when a driver is in the area." She said within 2 hours it would be there. Here we are the next day and poor Colton had to deal with me being upset at the fact that no money was dropped off at my house. He placed me on hold and had the burden of Megan being "on lunch" but he was able to talk to her about it. They said that they can now mail my money back to me. So I imagine that MAYBE next week I will have my almost $40 for a single pizza and a 2 liter....I am not worried about the money, but is this the standard of service we are going to settle for? I am all about supporting local businesses but this was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever...
Read moreFirst time trying Marcos. I have heard mixed reviews so I decided to try it out. My first impression was the store was very clean and put together. When I walked up to the counter to order the lady with long brown hair was in the middle of the cash register tieing up her hair in her hat so that was odd considering they were making food right behind her. I asked if they served slice pizza and she pointed up to the menu and said no. The menu has very small print so I had to step closer to read what it was. I looked at my husband and said $12 for a personal? As in I was asking him if that was correct because my vision is poor.. And before he could say anything she interrupted and said it’s not a personal. It’s a 10inch in a rude tone. I ignored her and told my husband to order what he wanted and I would just eat a slice of his. He ordered a medium delux minus the sausage and a Dr Pepper. His total was $17 which is exspesvive since it was slightly bigger than a personal pizza. Once it came out is was hot but they used cold canned mushrooms on their pizza? He had about 8 pepperoni and damn near 80 pieces of bell peppers. They could of spread each topping evenely and I probably wouldn’t have posted this review. After every thing is said and done I could have had better service at Cicis for half the cost. Will not...
