Subway — Restaurant in Denton

Went in to grab dinner for me and the kiddo. After waiting for 15 minutes (there was someone getting a standard 6 inch sub in line already), It was my turn to order. One person behind the counter, 2 people with uniforms on sitting at a table of which one DID get up to cash out the person in front of me. None of the employees looked happy to be there. Kid behind the counter informed me that they were out of italian bread. Ok, so wheat on one and a wrap. Well... Cannot do my wrap as there is no sauce. Ok, I'll pick a different sauce. Well.... There is no meat for that wrap. I'll change the sandwich. Spicy Italian on wheat. Cheese desired is out. All the veggies looked wilted. I'll have these veggies on it then. And some tomatoes? Well.... I don't have any cut up right now. Keep in mind this process took about 20 minutes. No other customers in the store except a kid who said he worked there and told another kid he could come in anytime and get free refills. The kid behind the counter kept saying throughout this entire process that he found the store this way and this was the night he was going to finally quit. He also had this same conversation with the other kid who said he worked there while I was trying to pay out. Though he slammed a few trays around in the kitchen, he DID change out one of the meats while making my order. I would suggest to anyone in the area NOT to visit this Subway until the ENTIRE staff has been replaced based on the 4 employees I saw at this time. To top it off I woke up in the middle of the night with HORRENDOUS stomach pains that lasted for HOURS. I will...

Literally ordered here on three different occasions and EVERY time, my order is wrong. They’re always out of ingredients, and always mess up online orders. When you try to call and get the order fixed, your left on hold for 45+ minutes and still have yet to have any order that’s been messed up fixed. It may be a small thing here or there missing from my order but it’s the fact that’s it’s every time I order from this location.This location is closest to us but It’s honestly worth driving out of my way farther for better service and quality. We will NEVER be ordering from this...

King of the boring subs. Twice the meat servings were so pathetic, that we actually broke out in laughter. My friend was like "surely they'll put a little more on there for free...right?" Nope, they were going to charge me a few more dollars for "extra" meat. There was one thin slice of meat on each side of my sub......
