If there was an option to give -5 stars I would of selected that instead. I visited this location on Friday afternoon about 3:00pm with my partner and children. I usually eat at burger king at least 3 times a month however after my last visit I will no longer be a customer at this restaurant EVER AGAIN. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 whopper Jr sandwiches, 4 fries and a medium drink. I received my food in a timely manner. The problem is after dividing the food between my family and myself we discovered 3 out of 4 chicken sandwiches had ROCK HARD bread (BUN). It was not editable one of the sandwiches top bun was black underneath. The lettece on all the sandwiches was definitely old as it looked yellow in color and tasted disgusting. I immediately called store which was about 3-4 mins after receiving my order and ask to speak to a manager. To my surprise I was speaking with Andrea not sure if that's even a real name but that's what I was told as she also informed me that she was one of the district managers. I explained explained my dissatisfaction with food I was given and she immediately apologized. Didn't ask me to bring my food back she Didn't ask for my receipt. She genuinely apologized asked my name and offered to replace what I had ordered. I explained I wasn't coming back again that day but would come in the following day. She advised me that was not a problem. I asked who should I ask for when I return and she told me you don't need to ask for anyone she will be informing ALL the managers and ANY manager will be able to assist me. I was satisfied with everything and this isn't the reason I'm posting on here. What happened the next day completely blew my mind and is the main reason I will never be a customer at Burger King again. So I call the same burger king about 600pm on Saturday and ask for the manager. I get Gerald I explain exactly what happened the day before i let him know what his district manager advised me of and that id be at the store in about 20 mins to get my replacement meal. He was very rude he acted as if I made the whole thing up. He asked me what the manager name was when I said her name his response was NOPE I'm refusing to replace your order. He then said my name was not in some book they keep and because it wasn't I was not getting any service from him. He then said so a manager offered to replace 6 of this and 6 of that which I said no she offered to replace what I paid for 4 chickens 2 whoops 4 fries and 1 drink he response was a chuckle then yeah right and no I'm refusing to replace your order. He then said did I bring the food back? I said NO I was not asked too? He gets his attitude again and says yep no I'm not replacing sorry I have no proof of what your saying. I kindly asked him how would I know andrea district manager was working yesterday at 300 if I didnt talk to her myself? He got rude again said there nothing I can do for you. I made one last attempt to get this manager to see I was infact a paying customer so I asked can you please look up my order yesterday at this time. He says no I don't know how to if you were here yesterday you should have your receipt. At this point im frustrated angry and embarrassed I was treated as if I was lieing to take advantage of him to obtain free food. Any solution I presented to help him see there was truth to everything I was saying was refused immediately. He then hung up on me and kept the phone off the hook for 2 hours. Which I called customer service and reported everything. As a manager the level of customer service provided was beyond horrible he made me feel as if I was wrong for calling to get what I was promised. He laughed at me like it was a joke inbetween laughing he was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me one bit. Gerald you are the only reason I will NEVER Dl business with Burger King again and I will encourage as many of my family and friends not to either. I don't know who made you a manager but they need to review your position again you had no sympathy to my situation you embarrassed me and...
Read moreIn the last three years, I have visited this Burger King three times and each time been extremely disappointed. I guess I keep hoping that going there a year later will change things but it doesn’t. Today the manager kept calling me a Jew, which in retrospect I realize that was just her Mexican accent, asking if I wanted a small medium or large onion ring. My order was simple today, I wanted a whopper with extra ketchup and mayonnaise on it and a large onion ring that’s all. What came in the bag was a whopper Junior and a small onion ring and they charged me over eight dollars for that when their whopper Junior meal is only five dollars total. Seemed extra extravagant to begin with, but I was hungry at the time when I explained that I did not want a whopper Junior, but I did want the whopper The manager in very broken. English started to unwind my deal on the cash register to refund my money and then to charge me all over again for what she was saying was, jew want a whopper Junior with no ketchup or french fries? I looked at her again and said no it was a regular whopper with extra ketchup and mayonnaise, and then I said forget it. Obviously the language barrier was not working, but I did not think for the life of me that speaking plain English in Aurora was going to be a problem. Then the problem for every year for three years. They have never gotten the order correct the last time I ordered the same thing and I got a whopper with nothing on it and french fries instead of onion rings. This particular store I do not recommend and I will not ever be going back here again. They can keep my money from the day and I’ll call it an eight...
Read moreAbsolutely TERRIBLE service on weekends. They always have the same combative employee working the drive thru during the weekends, and he starts trouble. He's rude, disrespectful, and he ruins orders. After he ruins your order, he tries to tell you what he "will" give you "instead", then gets upset and blames it on you because he messed up your order. No, it's not the customer's fault, it's HIS fault because he's not speaking clearly and his accent is so thick that it inevitably leads to misunderstandings. I'm bilingual, too, so it's not a matter of "race" at all. I cared enough to learn and make sure I was speaking my second language politely at work to customers. I at least got a refund, but was left at the drive-thru window without any apology by him nor his manager (who knew exactly what was going on, but was indifferent). He literally just left, stayed gone, and the manager didn't even ask what was going on!
During the week, the staff is better, but the problem during the week is that they let filthy homeless people come and go as they please to use the drink machine with dirty outside cups. They never sanitize the drink machine after it happens. It's disgusting, and the reason I chose drive-thru in the first place. The other locations are much better and much cleaner. Stay away on the weekends (unless you want them to pick fights with you), and only use drive-thru on weekdays (to avoid getting a drink from the filthy machine...
