Subway — Restaurant in Denver

This is the best subway I've ever been to. The veggies are fresh and they actually have wide selection of toppings and not just lettuce and tomatoes. The lettuce is vibrant and the spinach is fresh and not wilted. The bread had a load of cheese on it and was absolutely delicious. I have have loved the veggie patty since the 90's but few locations have it. This location does. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and the store is very clean. I don't know if anyone will understand this but.... have you ever gotten food from a place and you KNOW the employees take pride in their job? This place is like that. You can just tell. The Toppings and fillings are even and not just crammed in there and your food is wrapped tight so it doesn't get sloppy. Matter of fact, my sub is always compressed enough and evenly (like a good sub is) so that when I eat it, it doesn't go all Nick Nolte on me. Please stay away from this location! The owner Michael allows his employees (Dominick) to treat people wrongfully. My husband and I came in today ordered 4 subs. Dominick slammed our sandwiches down and asked what we wanted. I politely asked if he was ok and he said “ ask me that again and you won’t get any sandwiches “ I asked to speak with a manager Christina which was a sweet heart. Told her I’m confused as to why I’m getting treated this way and the employee Dominick yells out in the restaurant she’s a liar she’s lying through her teeth! Didn’t care that he was in a public setting. Christina called the owner Michael I spoke with him however he stated a few times that he will not fire Dominick but will investigate the situation. Worst subway experience I have ever had! Ordered online get to the store to find out they didnt have what I ordered but just decided to throw some random stuff together and still charge me for it. After getting home I took out the veggie sandwich I ordered to find the bread on both sides of the sandwich touching because of the lack of contents. So I peel the sandwich open to find nasty brown soggy lettuce that definitely should have been thrown out about two days ago. And the rest of my order was no better all ingredients on the other sandwich look like they are from Friday (it's now Sunday) and the manager explains to me that they didnt do anything this weekend and hadn't prepared any bread or teas and that is why the substitutions happen.
