The man with the headset on came over the loudspeaker proceeded to ask me what I would like. I told him that I had a mobile order and proceeded to give my name. He then told me to hold on, and went about working never turning the headphone off. came back to the microphone and asked me again, how he could help me “ I told you I had a mobile order, And reinstated my name” His answer was “ Well, then come to the window already” Meanwhile, this man told me to hold on Without any further explanation. As I got to the window, I told him that he was being incredibly rude, and he completely blew me off and scoffed at me. Received a $1 medium iced coffee coupon so I went to Dunkin’ Donuts. Dunkin is not my usual coffee place, but who doesn’t love a $1 coffee? Went to the location in Wenonah next to Sunoco and had a terrible experience. The man who was at the window was pleasant taking my order, but when I drove up to pay and receive my coffee, he saw my coupon and immediately changed his demeanor. He said “we do not take those here!” When I asked him why, he said because “those are no good here!” raising his voice at me and telling me they’re good in other counties. I asked him how I was to know that because Gloucester county is listed on the coupon and he shoved the coffee in my face and said “here, take it, your free coffee” I told him there was no need to be rude and he could keep the coffee and he shut the window. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I'm always sad when this location is my last resort for breakfast. Today takes the cake. In the past I had to specify I wanted my bagel toasted DARK or it will come out untoasted. Today I got my bagel super cold -- even after asking them to blacken it.

The bacon snacks, weren't bad but I prefer warm to hot bacon as opposed to beef jerky temperature, but the flavor was sweet. Definitely the best item I received today.

Hash browns... ice cold and soggy. No crunch. Threw out half the bag. Disgusting.

My coffee was also cold-- but at least I was prepared for it, I ordered the cold brew! No straw was included so sadly they failed here too.

I go months without coming back to this location and every time I do... I somehow still end up more disappointed than...
