12-23-21 Needed to pick up my order the day before Christmas eve due to a family emergency. Called and was told absolutely no by a rude woman. Been going to this place for 30 years. No reason you could not accommodate me. Had to go out of my way to make other arrangements to get there early on the 24th and the rude woman was telling some guy that came in asking if he could have a tray of food, we start taking orders in October....you can't just walk in here without placing an order. A nice blonde woman came to the counter at that point and asked what he needed and sold it to him. My advice to the new owners, train this rude woman or get rid of her. It won't help...

I've had sandwiches and salads from here a few times, they have the best chicken cutlet! So I decided to cater from here for my sons 18th birthday party. When i got there my order was ready and i love how you can rent warmers for the food. I order trays of chicken cutlet, meatballs, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, penne alle vodka and eggplant. Ordered 5 trays of food and found a wod of chewed up blue gum stuck to the bottom of a tray!!!! With COVID at an all time high I was so repulsed by my finding of this. Ended up throwing it out.
