Arby's — Restaurant in Derry Township

I stopped to order a Sweet Tea as I do quite frequently after work. I ordered and was told to drive to the pickup window, as I was pulling up a Gray Nissan Rogue flew up beside me and cut right in front of me. Once he got to the window he held out an empty cup, the girl took the cup and brought him back a drink, closed the window then reopened it and handed him a piece of paper and money. He then pulled out and I proceeded to the window, I asked the girl if he had ordered something because he just come up and cut in front of me, she said "he's a GM of another store". I said and that gives him the right to jump in front of another customer? She said "I didn't say that". Well I am here to say that I don't care who he was, that was really ignorant and disrespectful of him and then to find out that he was actually a GM somewhere else and acts like that. All I gotta say is thanks a lot, I will no longer be stopping at Arby's if you are one of the kind of employees they have working for them! Also, the girl at the window could have at least apologized for him doing that instead of acting like it was a natural...

Having an Arby's next door to Rutter's is actually not a bad idea. While there's foods at Rutter's that I really like, Arby's gives a great second choice which helps at a larger travel plaza/truck stop type place especially with tour bus/motorcoach traffic because it distributes the foot traffic more evenly. Nobody likes to wait in long lines and who doesn't like an Arby's Original Roast Beef and of course their world famous curly fries? The 2 for $7 Cheddar Beef is what makes me a return customer to that side of the building. To be honest, I rank Arby's milkshakes among the best in the fast food ranks. I once loved in a McDonald's McCafe shake, equally to Arby's but Bill Gates' affiliation with McDonald's sparked my boycott of the past 2 years and forever moving forward. Arby's, please dont ever pur hase your french fries or potatoes for your french fries from that evil man. Now I'm hungry...Arby's does...

Very unprofessional, thankfully I got photos and videos, workers coughing all over food being made, pretty sure they’re doing drugs in the kitchen, because another working is passed out outside the front of the building, they rushed me taking my order very rude about it seemed pretty mad they had to make my food, will most definitely be reporting to labor board & corporate, doooo better Arby’s! Oh let me add now, I finally got my food after waiting because it apparently was gonna be 5 minutes too the chicken isn’t even cooked, I guess that’s what I get for allowing drug addicts to...
