First my girlfriend and I tried ordering over the phone. No one picked up, but an answering service did. Well, tried ordering our order on there, and everything we said, the machine either said "sorry, I didn't get that," or "sorry, we don't carry that anymore." So, I hung up the phone, and we went inside the store to order. The cashier worker for one had an attitude. No smile or anything. We went to place our order, so I went ahead and did mine first. The sub I ordered, I asked for no ranch, and they could. I asked if they could substitute in mayo instead of ranch. The guy said, "oh we don't have mayo." But, they do because there's other subs with mayo on them. Then, I asked if they could add lettuce to my sub. The guy said, "oh we don't carry lettuce. We probably should actually." But, their other subs, have lettuce, including their Italian. What place doesn't carry mayo? Or lettuce?? And the guy wasn't polite about it neither. This place has gone downhill, because we have came here before, gotten a cheeseburger pizza, a special thing they had, and it had lettuce on it. And on top of all that, there were 6 people inside, and only one was actually working, making a cheese pizza. The rest were all standing around, not doing anything. The place was dirty, kitchen area. The girls who had long hair, didn't have their hair up nor any nets on. Some guys who had beards, didn't have a net on. None of the employees who were making food, had any gloves on. So they were handling food bare handed. Not the cleanest place to order from. I will not be coming back here. Their pizza is great, but now I wonder if it is anymore. The service was bad, atmosphere was terrible, and code of conduct was not followed. This place needs new management asap, or shut down or something....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered pizza and wings using online app. Only 2nd time ordering from this location since moving to the area. Food was delivered over half an hour late. Called at the 20 minute late mark to check that it would be fresh food when it arrived to me and told it would be. Asked delivery driver to wait for me to verify it was fresh and he did not. Food was not fresh. Haven been a pizza delivery driver and know how warm a pizza should feel thru the box by the time it arrives to customer. Pizza was at a level as if it were delivered on time and sitting at my house with the lid open for 20 minutes. Called for a refund and had refund delivered as I paid in cash and was told I am banned for āfreaking outā I did not yell or cuss as the delivery driver or the person on the phone any time I called in except the last time and 3rd time after being told I was banned from ordering from them again. And when I called the 3rd time was told I called the delivery driver a āfaggotā which is a term I find offensive and would never use in any situation. Last to mention is that every time I called in the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me including the first time when he barely gave me a chance to talk and if he had the first thing I had planned to say was that I hated to be a pain. Because of the fact Iāve worked in pizza delivery and understand. This was just plain rude, spiteful behavior all around and nothing close to customer service. Donāt mind being banned as I would not want to order from this place again anyway. Will be following up with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis dominos is a hit or miss. Their overall performance is comparable to Drew Allar in the Orange bowl against Notre Dame. As a broke college student, dominos is very convenient for me. Whats not convenient is this dominos delivering undercooked pizzas, delivering said pizzas late and cold, and most importantly when the issue is brought up to the store, the AGM gives me his personal phone number for proof, then tells me that im just trying to get free food out of the store. I may be broke, but I have morals. On my most recent order, which happened to be today and the catalyst of this review, my pizza was delivered at an astonishingly hot 92F. Now Iām no food service expert (but I am servsafe certified) but food needs to be at 165F to be cooked all the way through, and it should not nearly drop halfway in temperature in the 5 miles it takes to get to my apartment complex if they keep it insulated like the AGM claims they do. If you like being disappointed, then this is the dominos for you. The AGM is very unprofessional, and the delivery crew can take a few lessons from a gps. Im not trying to be rude, or a āKarenā but they need to take it like it is...
