McDonald's — Restaurant in Derry Township

I would rate them a zero but sadly that's not possible they don't even deserve one star my wife and mother in-law had gotten food from them and I noticed in my meal I had uncooked fries mixed in so they over filled the fryer and I know from experience from when i worked at another McDonalds franchise and other fast food restaurants and my sandwich the big mac wasnt mad right nor was my mother in-laws because she had the same thing and everything was under portioned and missing ingredients and the funny part is you can see the recipe on Google that's clearly says everything on it our sandwhiches did not match the description given and so I call and of course as I predicted I get attitude in return for complain that my order isnt right and requested compensation and I work morning shift building concrete walls all day and dont really want to spend my day waiting on poor customer service just to get food that should have been right the first time and yes I do understand these places do get busy but does not give any right to treat an honest working man that wants to simply buy a non expensive meal that I thought I could enjoy but no spent a while hour fighting with manager over something that was a quick and simple fix because when there is a complaint in these stores it's to be handle top priority because their goal is to make sure every customer leaves happy with a will to hopefully return to buy more food well that's not the case this time I left very angry because the manager didnt listen to me kept walking away while I was talking didnt let me finish and kept gettin snippier and snippier every time I tried to finish explaining what was wrong and then I flipped because I was tired of explaining and tired of being ignored I was even nice at first so I got home with my replacement and again I check everything fries are ok this time but yet again they messed up both sandwhiches under portioning and missing ingredients. Over the past 5-7 years of my life, this place messed up my order every single time. Whether in the dining room or going through the drive thru, there has not been one time my order was right the first time and I've had to go back to the counter or back through the DriveThru to have it corrected. At one point I even stopped going there for almost 2 years because I was tired of always getting the wrong damn food. The employees need to learn to make sure the food they are putting in the bag or on the tray is correct before they serve it. There was even a time they gave me someone else's order as I was waiting in the parking lot for mine, as was the person who's meal I got. They took the food they gave me, after it was already in my car, not knowing what I could've done to it, and gave it to the person who ordered it, rather than remaking their food. That poor customer could've gotten a burger with my spit on it and not even known. Lucky for them I don't do that and I didn't even touch the fries yet. Absolutely disgusting what they did. The workers are friendly but most of them probably shouldn't be working anywhere near food. I hope their corporate office sees this and does something about it because something needs to change!!! It's so bad I have gotten into the habit of never leaving their parking lot without checking to make sure they gave me the right food. I can't believe the experience I just had. 40 mins in the drive through, to get one burger. This is hands down the slowest McDonald's in the country without a doubt. I get McDonald's is an awful company but do better at this location??

They make you wait outside for 15 plus minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME you order. They cut down drive through times and make you wait in the parking lot. You would think they would have FOOD READY at dinner time, but they never do. They send 5 cars out into the parking lot to sit and wait for food. It's insane. You are better off going to a completely different McDonald's In a different town, you'll get faster service. The worst slowest McDonald's you'll ever go too.

I can't believe how horrible this McDonald's is. It's like they DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO ORDER BURGERS OR FRIES. This place is an absolute scam. They know they are the only one around and don't give a DAMN. You will never get your food right, it'll ALWAYS take 20 plus mins no matter what time of day you go any day of the week.
