Casey's — Restaurant in Detroit Lakes

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. One of my better experience in recent years with Casey's. I was traveling though DL this weekend and stop here. They were super friendly, fully stocked, including the hot food. Made purchase, and was on my way. I'm from Baxter, MN. Our Casey's here is a joke. Your lucky if there is even A PIZZA available around lunch time. Your even more lucky if you can break someone away from their phone long enough to get rung out. Store Manager stumblin around the sore, and randomly throwing packaged goods at the wall and laughing about it, because she high who knows what. On my trip back that evening, i stopped again. This place was still fully lite, full shocked, even with hot food, and everyone was still super friendly. All before 10:00. My home store would have given up by now. This crew is hard working, and a beacon of example for the rest of the stores. Thank You DL Crew, you guys...

I used to really like this Casey’s. The pizza used to be PERFECT. As of the last few months, it has been rock hard, beyond burnt and pitiful. I also am very frustrated with what I assume to be a manager here. She is ALWAYS very rude. There was a new worker this past week who was struggling with the till. She gave him the worst attitude while he was struggling and asking for help. She sighed and rolled her eyes everytime he said her name. I felt so bad for him because he was so sweet and still trying to have a good attitude. So many people I know complain about this lady, I’m surprised she still works there. I am not going back because I never want to encounter her again as it seems she keeps...

Ordered a sausage breakfast pizza. The lady behind the deli counter was slamming things around and cussing. We stood there and waited almost 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement from her. She had looked at us several times she obviously knew we were there. When she got close enough to ask her about the pizza we ordered she very rudely replied "can you wait!" And then procedure to grab the pizza that had been sitting there done waiting for us the entire 15 minutes we stood there! Then she basically tossed the pizza into our hand and rudely walked away!
