KFC — Restaurant in Detroit Lakes

I love KFC pot pies. Last night thou, I ordered 6 pot pies was told they 4 and would have to wait 22 mins for more. I said I'll take the 4 and 2 mash pot bowls. I was in line approx 20 mins and when I got to the window the gal said sorry but only have 2 pot pies now. What I'm I Gona do now. She said you have 2 and I'll charge for them and I'll give you 2 mash pot. Bowls. Other wise a full 22 min wait for pot pies. You told me 25 mins ago it would be 22 mins & you sold 2 of my pot pies. She was Gona make it up to me. So she charged me for 2- pot pies 2- mash pot bowls 2- Cole slaw & med pop . And when I asked her about it she shut the window and turned her back to me. I was so mad but so late already that I decided not to address it now and to wait & cool down first & figure out what I was Gona serve everyone now! I'm still upset... Which way would you go about handling...

This place has really gone down hill. They messed up our order again. Had went thru drive thru, got home (which is a 13 mile drive) called them they said to come back and they would fix it, drive back to town they are closed and they wouldn't come to the window just look at us. Stopped in next day asked for the manager and he just stared at me wouldn't say a word and walked away. They really need some training in customer service including the manager. This is second time recently that they have messed our order up. Thank goodness we don't live to far from Perham, from now on will go to Pizza Ranch, at least they treat people like they are happy to get your business. They don't raise their prices during We Fest either. Sure glad the We Festers pay their wages all year around instead of the locals supporting them. Will never go...

I did order online. I went through drive thru. I asked if this is how I picked it up. Young man said no but did allow me to get my food. When I got to window he stated they don't do drive thru online because it holds up line However I gave them 10 extra minutes before I went to drive thru to ask. I'm not upset about this like I said he was nice. However I feel if people wait til time of pickup or a little after that it wouldn't slow down drive thru...but what do I know. He handed me my drinks and my bag of food. I usually check my bags and did a quick inspection seemed fine. However when I got home I wad missing a 4 piece tender box and no sauces. As I live 30 miles away I wasn't going to turn around I didn't want to call while they were busy. I believe the young man got flustered a bit. And forgot a bag which is fine We...
