Food is so horrible for the second time, this past month I got bad food service. First time I order sweet heat wings & shrimp with sides. The wings was regular wings & very cold on top of missing a side. I contacted them regarding issue was advised to come back return food to get correct order wasn’t able to due to been at work. Decided not to go to location for a few months after issue. Recently just went last month & food was all incorrect from missing gravy on turkeys chop, asked for red mash potatoes got box regular mash potatoes, turkey chops friend in dirty oil and burned up, no taste/seasoning to food at all. As much as food cost everything should be made fresh & done correctly I didn’t even care to call again regarding issue because I’m sure wasn’t going to correct it. So I will not recommend anyone going to restaurant & I will no longer be ordering any food. Restaurant is definitely not like what they say on...

This place deserves a better location with more local traffic. Food is great. Portion sizes justify the price, though you could afford to do some "shrinkflation" if you were located in a nicer location. I have a 29 inch waist. There's no reason for me to need to spend $30, just to make a meal. I can eat for 3 days off the portion sizes.

Deserves to be in a higher traffic area, where everything doesn't have to be bulletproof. I suggest Southfield, considering your portion sizes cater to businesses well. You would thrive in that environment, assuming you could afford the lease on a location out there. A more affordable option would be a space in a failing mall. Such as the one on Gratiot & 14 mile. Any suburb would likely be more profitable than your current location.

Nothing wrong with detroit pride, but expansion into metro detroit & into a cleaner environment would...

I live a ways away and will travel for the sandwiches but as of 6/14/19 Friday something went wrong. My sandwich was burnt almost flat. Not at all what I'm use to. I usually get a sandwich loaded with the meat and cheese hanging out to eat with the fries. Full before i ever take a bite. This time I took the bun off and there was only meat on one half of the sandwiches. I didn't mind traveling and paying $10.00cause the sandwiches were good and the portion was plentiful. Bottom line please get whoever was cooking on the 14th out of there. I didn't taste the sweet turkey I tasted a burnt cheese sandwich. Consistency will keep me and bring others. Compared to my other visits I was shorted. I give you guys a break...

They were not open on time, ordered a group meal for our team, honestly every dish was NOT good except the pasta. The chicken was cooked in old grease, pictured. The steak bites were the laughing stock of the bunch, mostly some gravy and tiny pieces, pictured. Mac and Cheese was in my opinion probably the worst Mac I have ever had anywhere. Oily and greasy AF, super herby and tastes nothing like you’d imagine. I used to manage back of the house for 9 years previously and this food coming out of the kitchen is gross. Change your cooking oil more often, a head chef should be overseeing everything going out, and kitchen quality. First and last time customers here. NEVER AGAIN. Also most of the staff tossed their food. Update.
