How do I put into words how deplorable they are?!?!? Let me count the ways. They have a tendency to hire whatever gutter rat can answer a phone and write a passable order. They make the food either as sloppy or cold as possible. They have a knack for making hot food cold and then stale. The delivery drivers like to either NOT come or forget food (that the cook didn't see on the order) and REFUSE to go back. When the cook doesn't see what he should've cooked and you call letting him know you DON'T have all of your order he refuses to cook it. Shannon and whoever else answer the phone screaming "TALK TO THE MANAGER CAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT!" After having called 3 times and waiting almost 2 hours after paying for food that was NEVER made. I guess the buns and onions come out of their under the table checks so they have to defend how inept and half ass they are at all costs. There is never a manager...EVER. There is however some guy with a Newport hanging out of his face with NO gloves on NOT making the food right and forgetting to make the rest of the order. The same one that promises to have your food delivered by the third set of 45 minutes. The delivery drivers have a tendency to get offended when you check the food after 2 hours and 45 minutes of haggling to get food you PAID for. So much so they are almost argumentative. The service is whack and the food is either late, forgotten, unmade, or given cold. Don't pay with a card because once it isn't delivered you'll be told you didn't pay for it anyway...even though your card balance says different. There is hair...in the food they should have made and didn't and then finally delivered. I guess it's a parting gift. They've become one with the hot dog. All in all good luck and God speed if you have food delivered from this mouse hole. Don't expect your whole order, don't expect it hot and be ready to fight both verbally and physically. *And yes I do have time on my hands seeing as how I was WAITING on our food to be delivered for...

ME AND MY HUSBAND WENT THERE TO GET BREAKFAST A FEW TIMES AND THE SERVICE FROM THE PREVIOUS WAITRESSES WAS HORRIBLE BUT NOW THEY HIRED A YOUNG LADY I BELIEVE IS MEXICAN IN THE MORNING AND OH MY GOD SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! HER SERVICE WAS THE BEST THAT WE HAD THERE...SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND MADE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED , SHE ASKED US HOW ARE DAY WAS AND KEPT A SMILE ON HER FACE!!! HER SERVICE WAS FAST AND SHE MARKED EVERY BOX SO WE WOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WHAT ..OH AND SHE EVEN PUT ALL OUR CODIMENTS IN A SEPERATE BAG FOR US SO THEY WOULDNT BE ALL THRU THE BAGS!!! IVE NEVER SEEN A WAITRESS DO THAT!!!! SHE IS DEFINITELY THE BEST WE SEEN THERE YET!!! This place doesn't even deserve a star. Worst coney island ever. They're food is pre-made. They don't make anything fresh. A few days ago I order a nacho supreme for my mom and a double cheese burger and fry deluxe for me. My mom's supreme was basically cheese on soggy chips. The meat had no flavor and the bottom of her carry out was full of grease. My burger was soaked and the meat wasn't even done. My burger was slopped together. My pop tasted like flavored water. I went back the next day because I was told by the "manager" (that I specifically asked for) that she'd take care of me and she knew who I was. She told me to throw out the food and to not worry about it. The next day, I was told she wasn't the manager and she was fired. So basically I gave deluxe $25 from the kindness of my heart. Their food isn't real and their service sucks. Don'the waste your time and...
