Having good food is only part of the customer service experience if Gront of the house sounds be on point to, the older lady at the front of your Establishment supposedly taking orders is rude and nasty and she does not make the experience hospitable at all. This was my first experience coming here, so I didnāt know the exact specifics of the menu, Nor did she ask or clarify so when she took my order She almost put in the wrong order⦠then I proceeded to wait about 30 minutes for my order , which wasnāt much & that shouldāve taken maybe 10mins . She was so worried about doing things for people that she was familiar with That she completely ignored the other customers that was there.. I completely understand have your āregularsā but how are you going to continue to earn more customers if sheās treating new people so nasty⦠I tried not to bother her At all, even though itās her job because she seemed like she didnāt want to be bothered by me⦠but after waiting over 30 minutes for literally only one salmon patty, I asked her what was going on and even then, she seemed as if I had the audacity to ask her like I was completely inconveniencing her to ask her to go and get my food or check on my food ⦠I understand that some people have bad days or whatever but thereās never an excuse to treat your customers rudely ⦠as a small business, you have to be very vigilant on who you have representing you, & when you have someone thatās being rude to your customers in the front of your business It can cause damage to the business⦠If it wasnāt for the customers, you literally would not have a business your customer should be treated with the upmost respect that Lady was absolutely horrible and even though the food was good, her attitude alone makes me not even wanna come back⦠Maybe tell her to humble herself because food cost way too much for her to be acting rude and Iām spending my hard...

The waitress wasnt terrible but wasn't attentive. Took 20 minutes to get coffee and 10 minutes to get a refill. I understand being slow during the morning rush, however, there was only 3 tables worth of people while I was there so it wasn't busy. Maybe 12 people in there total.
Can't rate the food because after placing an order and waiting 55 minutes we left because we were hungry. We just paid for my coffee and drinks and then left.
We are always trying to help support black owned business but not willing to wait an hour or more for breakfast. No one came and said there was a reason it took so long or anything. I guess it just takes that long sometimes it just seemed as though if your place take a long time to cook they would let you know.
