Foodgasm Eatery — Restaurant in Detroit

I didn’t want to give a bad review but this restaurant has the potential to be a five star restaurant. It’s not the food that’s an issue although they do use a little too much sauce on sandwiches, etc. it’s the level of unprofessionalism and ghetto for me. I called to ask a question and I guess it was a stupid question to her(The employee that answered the phone) . I asked if they served any type of rice, and before she gave me an answer, the phone hangs up. I called asked her again and she said no and honk up again. I have supported five mountain Grill spent a lot of money because their food is not cheap. Wasn’t happy every time, but still ate it with a smile on my face. Shouldn’t be rude to your customers they are who makes businesses thrive…. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you haven’t ate here I just really didn’t appreciate the rudeness all the money I have spent with them. A lot of restaurants sell rice as a side I really genuinely don’t think that was a stupid question but whatever hopefully they see this review and do better.. Black people that have businesses should try working on being professional not every black person is with the ghetto rudeness you’re better...

Order my students food at 12:17 and they said 6 to 7 minutes and I asked several time to be clear. I got there at 12:31 and they told me 10 more minutes then one lady said “well you have to give the food time to cook or it will be raw” I said yes true but I called 15 minutes ago and you guys said it will be 7 minutes. She said yea well it had to cook. I did not leave out until 12:40. It don’t take 23 minutes to cook chicken!! If they would have started the order when I called it would have been ready. Never will I go here again. It’s unfair...

I went here today got a 15 piece wing , small fries , mozzarella sticks, double chocolate cake and German chocolate cake.(Of course all the food wasn’t just for me) The wings are a 10/10 I got lemon pepper dry rub and honey bbq sauce.
