Gigi's — Restaurant in Detroit

I'd love to give Gigi's a 5; however I had the craziest experience last night. I was enjoying myself and I was enjoying the performances but when it was time to go my coat was gone and my car keys were inside of my coat. I'm not sure who the GM was but he said I was drunk and I didn't appreciate that! I was not drunk! My coat had been stolen and my car keys! I left the bar because he was being extra rude and it was closing time and I could see my car still parked outside so I was going to call a locksmith 🤣 the person who took my coat actually left the bar and started my car!!! I went outside and my car was running! ( It was parked on the side street) I can't blame the bar for what happened but I didn't like the fact that the GM was so rude to me considering my situation! If it was him he wouldn't have appreciated the treatment! I will say over all I had a blast and I'm not sure if they are used to stuff just happening like that, but please be empathetic to your customers in the future! I'm glad my car wasn't damaged I'm still coatless but I do have my car! To the GM customer service is not your thing! Just get someone else to do it! Dancers are fun. FYF is good, but there’s no way to know how many people go until once you arrive. For me at least it’s quite the distance. With covid, and just general uncomfortably, occasionally I just go and turn around and go home or something else to do. I’m not trying to be shoulder to shoulder in a small place for the entire show and shuffle back and forth so people can walk around me. I’m there for a good show not “excuse me” “excuse me”. Doorman can be snippy and blatantly disrespectful at times (the man with glasses). I legit give around $30-$50 in ones to the dancers, sorry I forgot to tip you old man. Rating based on outside experience, inside closed to due executive order compliance, (08/15/20) and lack of NO free wifi access. Understandable about executive order compliance, but inside operations are WAAAAAY BETTER (experience)! You guys, gigi's, really need to have free wifi access to all customers whom arrive. I could have used it for communications. Providing an open channel, wifi, could be VERY beneficial to your establishment, as i have connections. Some may read this and say "why not use your phone?" Long story short, SOME gurls prefer to operate in a manner that is "flying under the radar". Tho being inside would be a 4 star rating, a 5 star from me will never be achievable...
