Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

Ok, I hate writing bad reviews and I try my best to give a place a chance to make it right, this will be kinda long, I ordered $80.00 worth of food, food came on time, but was missing my food, Slab of Ribs, so I called, they already knew of there mistake, finally my Ribs came, but it looked like they rushed them, they were cold and undercooked, so I called back again, the lady there was vary helpful, and had no problem fixing my order, but whoever the night manager was 😳was acting like I wanted a free meal, all I want is what I ordered cooked Done, so he told me he will have a another order sent in 45min. , only the Ribs, no more cold Fries or hard bread, waited till 12:30 then realized they weren’t coming, so I waited till they opened up and called in the morning, the day manger would check with the night manger and call me back, now I haven’t ate nothing yet waiting on them, it’s been a Hour and I’ve heard nothing, now if for some reason they do get back with me and make this right, I will write another Review .,

Ok part 2 the day Manger finally got back with me after 3 hours, but was very apologetic, told me he will make my full meal over again and get it to me I 30 min., it was a little longer but that was no problem, the Ribs were much better and weren’t cold , and I was finally able to eat, so I’m gonna change from a 1Star to 4Star, and thank Happys, for making me Happy, you do have room for improvement, and this is a start in the Right...

First they tell you 25 min wait, get there to p/u 5-7min earlier food was ready. The inside smelled horrible. When I questioned about the special that I was supposed to have they said it didn't exist (silly to think all Happy's were the same) so I spend 30+ for what was to have been 1 lb of wings and 1lb of rib tips...ok so I'm looking over that because I have a diabetic needing to eat. The tips had been reheated by adding heated BBQ sauce over it and the fries were cold and overcooked. The wings were from a chick not a chicken (may have been 10) overcooked and cold and the fries were colder and burnt. I called to inform them of that mess they had served and he the Mgr. Says I need to bring it back and they would give me a refund, normally that would be fine but I was almost on the west side and to go all the way back at gas prices was too much. He said until you bring it back I can't give you a refund ...Really I was not going to be back on that side for a long time he said that was the only way. I decided that I would write to corporate and I fed the squirrels and varmints. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is in the middle of a predominantly black area and feels as though it can serve food like that. I mean you know what you did with the order when you boxed it!!!! ...

Said they’re open until 12. We live 5 mins away. Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks at 10:30. Waited until 11:45 and still no delivery. Tried to call to see if it was on it’s way or not because it was almost 12. Phone rang for 10 mins before someone rudely picked up and said “we’re closing and can’t take your order” I said “I placed an order already over an hour ago” and they said “oh okay, it’s on it’s way” I waited until 12:30 still no delivery. Called back, phone rang and rang and rang until someone finally picked up. I explained to them the situation and said I was told it was on the way. They said “nah we ain’t got no deliveries, it must’ve got thrown out” Waited over 2 hours and was told it was on the way when really the order was “thrown out” I would give 0 stars if I could. Will never order from or waste my time with this...
