Hollywood Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

Food was not cooked to my specification. Called an order in ask that the food we cook light and my toast to be outside of the container. All over cooked and burnt. They burnt my toast, did not scramble my eggs light, meat was just tossed on the/in the carton- presentation was awful. I took it back and the person had a really bad attitude hollering through the restaurant it’s not burnt, The waitress told him that it was burnt so there was an argument about whether it was burnt or not. He had a bad attitude was arguing with me and in front of several customers and then he finally said I’m not gonna cook it again and give her money back. So I took my money and I decided to give them a review. Would not have given them one star, but the only way I could give my comment was to click on the star! They typically do not honor nor respect the neighborhood who they serve, they want to just throw you anything to eat and act like you should take it. Not to mention the food is not cheap. I have been going to this Coney Island for 20 years. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. My Turkey Club was Burnt terribly. The turkey was not edible. I called and told them about the situation and they told me to come back. I advised it was too late to come back. The person I spoke to told me she would put my name on the board and to bring the food back for replacement or refund. I go back to get them to remake it and I was told to come back at night because it was purchased at night; they could not help me. The cashier said Banaki was the owner and that's what he told her to tell me. I was shocked and begin to ask questions she stated this has nothing to do with her. I asked her to have him come and talk to me and she said he said he was too busy and to wait 5 or 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and left. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional! Well I would just like to say I went to this Coney Island the other day and they made my food so pretty. Today it looked like I got on their nerves and they just wanted to get to the next dollar. After I paid my Mortgage, light,gas,cell phone,credit cards,car insurance,home insurance,water, and put gas in my car I wanted some Coney Island. The presentation was messy. I'm disappointed, why don't the cooks wear Mask. Just for the record, the Cook @ Coney Island on grandrive and schaefer (GALAXY) Died and he had Covid-19 he did not even know it.
