A nice local spot with great food however, the wait time when you call in if they answer or get back to you on hold is consistently too long (over 20 mins on 2 different occasions), when you walk in to order with just two people in front of you, itās 20 plus mins until you place your order then over 30 mins to wait on your order. I was able to have a great food experience that drew me back despite the prolonged wait time, however, 6 tries later and itās a dismal experience just to place and order. Iāve waited over 30 mins upon walking in 4 different times to leave without placing an order. Obviously people like the food, which is pricey in comparison to comparable places, how do they operate making it so difficult for people order, and making them wait so long? If people are going to patronize them which CLEARLY occurs, they should take much more care in ensuring they have proper systems in place to giving the customers in their neighborhood the experience they deserve, not just good food and whatever service comes with it, this establishment should be held and hold themselves to higher standards. You should value the fact people continue to seek your business despite the lack of professionalism and prolonged waits people experience. Your customers should not be poorly serviced because itās been accepted. Every time Iāve been in there customers always mention how the wait is too long. Plus in my experience, itās even harder to call in, thatās if someone answers. You all need more staff , and perhaps a better internal system for taking and processing orders. Most of the staff is reasonable, however, there is any oversight of the customer experience. This is a nice neighborhood that deserves to be served and treated with quality service and care - experiences at establishments such as this should not be accepted. I hope the owners and/or people that care see this and take it constructively. Thereās a buzz because of the food, you all should work on updating and decluttering the storefront, establish an easier ordering process, higher more staff and reduce the wait times. Because, the food is good, and thereās a decent variety. People love cute, small places like this, in nice neighborhoods. You all need to step your business up, plus show that you appreciate our community keeping you in business and referring...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm going to be well I'm going to be honest here the donuts were fairly good and they did give you choices of the same variety with less the cost but I must say I did not care too much for the cookies they tasted like lard and not the good one either it was sweet but that was it there was no buttery flavor I would think they would even had decided use Crisco butter flavor at least that would have gave it some richness of a butter flavor but no they just used lard not to me the most healthiest tasting cookies they're smoothly on the hand was very good and refreshing I did like that and it is handicap accessible but there is no restroom it's more the kind of thing you go pick up your stuff and then leave out it did have a lot of foot traffic and I was recommended to try the donut holes I will come back but try those but cookies are out of the limit the chocolate chip cookies did not taste like chocolate chip cookies the chocolate cookies did not taste like chocolate like they didn't use real chocolate and again it tastes like they used lard the one the pig Lord it really did not have a good taste to it not buttery at all but just sweet I wouldn't even said we even had a flavor just sweet so that's my opinion on it I would say if you're going to get anything get the smoothies the donuts especially cream filled ones those are pretty good and they're almost like punchki so I would say sometimes you don't get a fish place to make pizza so my thing is this place to me is the good with the donuts but everything else is a little bit well off it's almost like well they started off with donuts as a good idea and basic stable they branched out with the smoothie but obviously these cookies they I don't think they had no clue they need to get someone who knows how to use real butter or even Crisco butter but not straight up lard made my stomach...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this place. Sadly, hadnāt been in a while, so I was excited to find myself on this side of town and had to stop in. I use to be a regular back in 2015, and my God šš¾ā¦.those donuts were insane. They were the first place I ever saw Fruity Pebbleās donuts, Samoa Girl Scout donuts, I think they had a butter pecan donut. This place had it all and they were actually good, and you could get them fresh and warm throughout the day because they were 24/7. When I walked in recently it looked like the shelves had been emptied out, I mean yes there are still donuts left but that selection, that rainbow of flavors is gone. The pandemic really knocked them down but theyāre still fighting. I think Iām gonna start buying a dozen a week and take them into work. I hope one day theyāre able to offer the variety they had...
