Come and do business I came in that’s my first time there. I didn’t know what to do when I look up online. I didn’t say auto online for some reason on my end. And I walk straight up to the pick up spot by mistake. It was just looking at me strange five minutes five by she say look on the wall the menu is on the wall. I said OK I went and look at the menu on the TV screen and I came back to the register. I thought I was supposed to order here I was with waiting on them for 15 minutes. Nobody comes towards me to talk to me. It was just food and I have to ask. Is everything online because I see people doing a lot of pick up while I stand there. I wish somebody would’ve came up to me and say something to me everybody there was just looking at me stupid I feel really discriminated. Pressed is an amazing place ran by an amazing woman that I’ve watch grow her business from the ground up, and on top of that she has given us the recipes that works (check out her weight lost journey).🤞🏽 many people try selling you things that they haven’t even tried themselves or they simply go out and have surgery done then try to sell u all kinds of things they never tried…. but this is not the case she is completely authentic and also has such a great attitude and very helping when u need understanding of any products your looking to purchase….. I’ve been using the products for years and never once have I been disappointed not even with the customer service. They have expanded the building and now have healthy food options which is amazing, not only is she pushing out healthier ways to live she’s also very inspiring and motivating showing first hand to never give up on your dreams if I could give 10 stars I would….. I’ve ordered the 10 day meal replacement smoothie multiple times and i love them. But it’s really unsettling when my husband explains how bad the customer service is when he picks up my order. He explained to me that although the staff was busy, nobody was attentive to his presence nor was he greeted when he walked through the door. He also said that they had poor hospitality with a cold attitude when trying to obtain my pick up order and no genuine desire to feel appreciated as a customer. Customer service is a quality that I hold to a high integrity when being a returning customer and unfortunately this is my husband’s second time feeling unvalued as a customer, uncomfortable and handled with no genuine care. I have no complaints about the products but after listening to my husband’s poor experience I probably won’t return...
