I had the worst experience here Saturday, The woman that takes the orders is so rude. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. Regardless of the treatment I said you know what I'm still going to get my food due to the fact of me ordering here before ( 10 years ago). There food was good. Never again not only was my service bad but the food was worse the rice was hard and the chicken was not cooked all the way the crust was dough so under cooked. In I really hope she's see this post. I'm a nurse in you can tell she was forgetting to give people the cards back after there order in she could not even remember who we were even when we was right there. You can see signs of her displaying a mental health issue(bipolar). I'm not saying this not to be funny yet bring awareness everyone you come in contact with is battling something only God is aware of. Be kind to everyone who you come into contact with because you don't know what they going through and I hope she receives some type of help/medication so people don't have to experience poor...

I have been a patron of Hong moy for more than 30 years a lot of people say that they are slow there was a time when their grandchildren works for them and they had people in the neighborhood that works for them but no one wants to work anymore so it's just her and her husband and her brother I believe I will continue to patronize them as long as they are open the food is wonderful and when I order she knows who I am automatically and the reason why the line is always busy is because the area is terrible with phone service and she uses the phone line to take credit card and debit card orders as well so it's busy if you were a regular customer you would know that so don't give up on the small business trust me the food is...

This place has been around since I was a lil kid .. and I’ll be 51 this year .. I will give them props .. back in the day they were the best damn Chinese restaurant in the city especially on the Eastside .. back when the old Black lady worked the counter … but how this place is still open is beyond me .. the place ain’t been renovated in 40 years literally.. it’s nasty it’s dirty it’s funky .. you can’t tell me they ain’t got roaches 🪳 and rats 🐀 in there.. its disgusting… and the fact in 40 years all that money they have made they didn’t take one dollar and rebuild or upgrade .. so if they don’t care how their establishment look how you think they care bout what’s in your food … city should of been shut them down...
