Absolutely the worst experience ever! The staff was the rudest ever. I was told my food would be 15 min wait AFTER I paid for it. They totally forgot about me and after patiently waiting an additional 42 minutes before I even complained, they went off on me!! I asked for a refund after waiting another 10 mins for an order that still was not ready. What was supposed to be a refund turned out to be a 2nd charge of the order! I called the credit card company right away. I started this horrific experience at 7:58pm and didn't end until 938pm!!! I drove away without my order and an $87.68 hit to my credit card. Update:I tried this place again thinking “I’m sure things changed” my food was half cooked and the staffing rushed me to order smh this is ridiculous. If you want good customer and good THIS PLACE IS NOT IT. TURN BACK AROUND
This is my 2nd time there and someone always has an attitude. They rushed me to finish my order then had the nerve to smash my sandwich because they were having a bad day. I will never come here again until the staff learns how to be more customer friendly. After a visit here on 6/21/16 about 8 pm i was no longer able to use the debit card i used to pay for my food! Somebody there tried getting into my info and my money, but thank God i used my disability debit card and they had this place flagged already and shut my card down so these thieving no goods cant get into my account! It was a big inconvience for me but at least they didnt get my money. I will never swipe my card at another Detroit business!
