Definitely deserves a ZERO!!!!!!! I ordered lunch and once home I realized my order was incorrect. I called to make sure that once I was off work I could return the meal for my refund. A female takes my call and when I asked her name to reference she refused to provide it! The female yelled they are franchised so there wasn't a higher up for me to contact. I was more than cordial as mistakes happen; meanwhile this female who is stated she is the general manager made me feel as though she wanted to schedule a fist fight at 3pm due to MY order being wrong. I realize there's a lot going on in the world; however this incident was totally mishandled due to lack of professionalism and I'm guessing training. I can only imagine how others are treated since I was by the book courteous as well as understanding that errors happen. The female REQUIRED to know my name for the return visit but again REFUSED to provide hers. The saddest thing is you really don't see this lack of professionalism amongst "leadership" in further out demographics... you just don't! I returned for my refund with ALL FOOD, DRINK, & RECEIPT as I was advised ... Once there I waited for a while to not be able to get my refund as the manager said they couldn't find my order WITH RECEIPT IN HAND due something with the system🙄... I just got the food remade minus beverage as the food wouldn't be eaten for hours at that point if at all as we were headed out for the evening ...I just did not want to inconvenience the people behind me as the line had increased and it wasn't their fault... The new shift manager was present as well as pleasant; meanwhile that does not diminish the piss poor customer service provided wherefore I ultimately paid for food that wasn't eaten ... I suggest a retrain and think we will just no longer go to this location as the top sucks so that makes me believe those working under her do as well .......

LITERALLY I had to wait for my food for an hour, not once did they say thank you for your patience or so sorry for the wait, because it’s clearly not taught or trained. The young girl was on her phone while handling my money then said “they ah bring it out, then proceeded to point to the front “professional right???? when I finally gotten my food after the two guys were extremely confused on what food goes to who car. My order was of course incomplete and cold, of course right! Why would I expect anything better than what I got. I honestly wouldn’t mind if they replaced humans with robots at this place at least you’ll get your food on time and hot. I’m sure they won’t do anything to make this god forsaken place any better, so I’ll stay far away from this place. If you have patience of a God then the wait won’t affect you. But don’t expect good considerate customer service from these ppl you won’t...
Read moreI tried to order Doordash at 3:30 and at 5:00 I went to pick it up myself and it was at a different location and cold even after they "recooked" read repackaged, it. The Employees were rude and the food was terrible and probably spit in. I did actually order from a different location and my order was shunted here somehow. I will not order from any checkers locations again. I tried to contact as requested below, but its just impossible. There is no option for Checkers rerouted my order for their convenience and then screwed it up in every way possible. I dont want to go back and I wont, even for a supposed "fix it" visit.
