LA Coney Restaurant — Restaurant in Detroit

Absolute Trash smh and rude staff is an understatement. Food is disgusting!! So let’s start at the beginning I get off work @3am and usually I go to Motor City Coney Island which is literally up the block from this nasty La Coney Island place but this night on a Saturday night I decided to try something new. Bad idea!!! First off every weekend I drive past this LA Coney Island they never have any customers and they have the nerve to only have the drive thru open. So all I get is 2 Coney dogs with onions and light mustard. Key word is “LIGHT MUSTARD”. Tell me why I get 2 dogs with extra mustard!!! My Wife looked at it and said dang is it a hole in they mustard bottle cause they definitely extra mustard not light mustard. So I go back to the drive thru and give them to the old white lady with the mustache and deep raspy voice and she looks at the food and said “this is light mustard” and literally went back in forth with me telling me that that’s light mustard and next time she said I better say LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT MUSTARD LOL I said okay give me my money back, deep voiced lady says no the cook a remake it but next time say Light Light Light mustard Lmao!!! There won’t be a Next time Lady!! Don’t EAT AT LA CONEY ISLAND!!! I’d advise go eat Motor City Coney Island and ask for Marcus. First of all we were sincerely greeted and treated with kindness and welcomed even though we had never been in there and since we just came from a metal concert we may have stuck out like a sore thumb! Didn't want to eat in the car so we ordered and sat at the table. My kid got the juiciest cheeseburger ive ever seen and refused to let me have a bite. I'm still mad I didn't get one to take home. I got steak fried rice with a side of cucumber sauce. It came with a super fresh hot pita and the cucumber sauce was the best ive ever had. I also should've taken some of that home. Super good food. Was really impressed by the beautiful lady behind the glass taking our order. I began coming to pick my breakfast up every Sunday morning before work. The price is great the lady's are very pleasant. The boss is great in customer satisfaction. My complaint is the cook I have received a total of 2 unsatisfied orders. 1 a order of onion rings cooked extremely hard. The burger under cook, but the boss remade the order it was great also refunded my money. 2 this morning my breakfast was sloppy 1 egg hashbrowns spreaded all over.
