UPDATE: Ribs this summer were excellent just as they had been years ago even though they had been closed for a number of years. But got 2 slab dinners yesterday that were so salty they were inedible. There was no smoke flavor whatsoever. Zero. The sauce tasted much different, not in a good way, than it did this summer. They were falling off the bone tender which is also different than this summer when they were tender but still had a little bite. I’m going to be real I was skeptical of this place from the moment my boyfriend pulled up. But he usually recommends good food. There were no cars lined up like it was high demand. Anyway they are TAXING you get no sides everything is extra on top of the $20 u have to spend just for the meat. So I ordered $45 later they locked the door I was waiting on my food. OMG!! You just can’t lose with Texas Style’s smoked meat seasoned so well as it tastes absolutely fantastic WITHOUT sauce so it’s outstanding with sauce, So tender the meat slides right off the bone!! The sides are good, especially the cole slaw which is slappin!! But I come for the meats & usually buy 2 slab dinners, 1 with sauce & 1 without, bbq fries, baked beans, greens & slaw.
