Legends Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

I was there a few days ago and it was like all of the other Coney Islands that I have gone to in the city of Detroit, having an unheated dining area. I reckon that they most of their business is for carryout but what about those who want or need to eat inside. I stopped by because of their large dining area. Yes, it was nice and clean but on a day just above freezing, it was very uncomfortable having to eat with my coat on and trusting that my food would not get cold too fast. I also gave the girl a tip when placing my order trusting that she would take an extra step and bring my food out to me once it was ready, she did not. She did what most young folks would have done in the fast food business, yelled out to me that it was ready. I was headed for the competitors across the street but I had trouble entering their parking area is the only reason why I ended up at Legends in the first place. They were not busy at all. There were only two other customers, one was waiting for an order and another was picking up a carryout. The servers are often rude. The food can be iffy , so always check it. We havent been back in a while. The last time i went there, my boyfriend ordered a shake. So we get the shake and he's like this taste kinda weird. So i tasted it, and it was spoiled! She gave us a large SPOILED shake. So we took it back, i told the lady it was spoiled. I order a omlette with all meat in it on Thursday March 27, 2025. I picked it up without checking my food before leaving. When I got to my destination I starting eating my food & I shared my food with my auntie but when we starting eating the breakfast it was horrible when I say all of the meat inside of the omelet was burnt on my God.
