5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ‘s This Restaurant is one of the best in Metro Detroit. They have been catering to my office place for the over 7 years and me and my co-workers always had a great experience with them. Food is always hot and fresh and they used the best quality foods. This place is Family Owned and Operated, they take great pride in their food quality and customer service.
I’m in charge of their IT “ information technology” services such as Point of Sale terminals and wireless network connections within Royal. And due to me knowing the Owners on a personal level as well as business level I had the apportunity to talk to them and discuss the “obviously edited” Video that has gone vital and i am convinced that the video you all have seen is modified to make it appear in such a way. I also have had the chance to personally review the video and it is clear to me that is has been edited and fast forwarded and modified to make it appear as if the employee in question is making a really fast lean in move which in reality the employee in question normally leaned forward to sniff the steam and look in the pot to verify if the meeded season had been added yet, the season is known as Hickory season which has a very strong scent and that’s the most practical way to verify if it has been added to tye pot.
The Owners said to me that they feel honored privilaged that their customers trust them with preparing their food and they said that they will never do anything to jeopardize that trust they have work tirelessly to earn for over a decade at Royal.
Of all the times i have been in there for eny service calls i have never witnessed anything out of ordinary, i have even had to run wires in areas that are not easy accessible and it has always been clean. The entire family works there and this place is what helps them keep a roof over their head and raise and school their children; i know for a fact that they would never do such a thing that’s been manipulated to show in the viral manipulated video.
The person that modified and doctored the video has been calling the business multiple time a day trying to extort them. The person calling has been calling and asking for money in order to remove tye video from social media.
That person is just another one of those people that do not want to work and earn money but they’re trying to earn money by scamming and extorting others that work tirelessly to serve their community.
Please don’t believe that negativity that video shows, that is 100% false.

My job use to order catering through them, but stopped because they will mess the order up and not fix it. Years later I try them again and order with co-workers. I order a stir fry with their lemon Alfredo sauce instead of teriyaki, they gave me their regular Alfredo. I call them and like always, I end up speaking to the owners wife. Like always, the customer is wrong and no resolution given. Their food is good, buy not worth the Hassel of paying $14 for something you didn't want. The hunch back black lady always has a terrible attitude as well as the white staff, when approached about something they did wrong. This isn't just my experience. There's always the one mean black lady working for and with a bunch of hunkies. I've ordered stir fry a few times until I noticed hair in my food and it was extremely burnt. They offered to cook it over, but we're very rude and inappropriate. My friend ordered fries and a sandwich that were cooked in old grease. I never leave reviews with comments, but deserve this one. I wish I had a picture of the food. They had the nerve to be upset with me for returning awful food to them.Then have the nerve to immediately reply because you know you wrong as hell. I brought the food back. Cashier tried to hand me $16, when I paid $21 for the food. I called before I got there letting them know that I purchased the food through doordash. This is the same cashier told me to bring it there so that she could see it first, instead of telling me to contact DoorDash to begin with. She looked at the food threw it away. Then she called another hunky to the front and said, “I’m going to let her deal with you”,when I told her and showed her how much I paid for my food. I sat in my car and contacted doordash to receive a full refund. Nobody’s going to take the time out to lie on a review. I simply stated the facts.
