I would give this location no stars if I could. This place smells like a rotting corpse, and the staff never makes to food to order. The pizzas are always old, not cut properly and sometimes it's not even cooked fully. The outside of the building is really dark giving the appearance that the location is closed. Often times there are eight to ten people hanging around outside of the door as if there is a party going on. The parking lot is mess and full of holes. In the winter it's not completely plowed and salted. The freezers do not appear to work and are often empty. Not that I would drink or eat anything out of them due to them smelling so badly. The staff is terrible at this location as well. Staff members are often not at the counter there is not a bell to call and the glass is so thick you can barely here then. The staff not only have side conversations while customers are waiting, but when they finally come they continue their conversations. This more often then not cause inaccuracies in the orders. The staff members are not properly and professionally dressed nor so they behave professionally. I would give this location negative stars if I could because this is location makes me not want to eat at the chain as a whole, because the fact this happens at all shows that Little Ceasars puts their somewhat decent name on chains that are sub par at best. So if your hungry in this area I would advise against eating here I would drive past and find food that will not leave you wondering if you have done better...
Read moreThe manager was so rude to me...i filed a customer complaint twice with this location last week and the independent owner has yet to call me. I spent 45 mins to an hr waiting on a bestest mostest pizza. There were 3 cooks on duty along with the worst supervisor ever. I asked the supervisor what was taking so long to make my pizza? And she replied, I don't know!! So i asked her, " Is your staff working, talking on the phone, or what!? She proceeded to elevate her voice and say...Yes! And what do you mean? They didn't make it!! I don't know why? And what do you want me to do for you Cry!!! I then said fo her...I can clearly see that you don't operate on customer satisfaction nor are you're representing this company in a professional manner. And when i asked for her name, her boss name and number... She told me she couldn't provide me with any of that information. So i asked her for my receipt in which she didn't provide until i asked another coworker. She then printed out a receipt with a incorrect amount and a male employees name Kewuntaey. I didnt know her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. But this name seems to be that of a male. So yes! I rate this store with a 1...Simply because, no one from this independent own abd opeeated store has even recognize my complaint. I will never recommended anyone to eat here or...
Read moreI absolutely hate writing a bad review for a place, because I know that reviews are important to a business but I think it is very important that my negative review does get posted.
The food here is not the best, even for it being a little caesars, which already doesn’t have the best food, so its hard to even mess it up, but the employees here have found a way to do it.
In regards to employees, I would love to meet an employee at this location that actually has some customer service skills. With my industry also being in customer service, and myself being the General Manager, I would have fired every single employee I have ever encountered at this location.
From horrible conversations taken place by the staff in front of customers, to just the rude attitude towards us at the counter, none of it is acceptable at all. The cashier was more than happy however to take my money and wait for me to leave the store. Probably so they could go back to watching videos on their phone, which was way too loud and way to obvious.
Hopefully this will not be an issue too much longer, as I have submitted a case with upper management at the corporate office of Little Caesars Pizza, so my review will change upon my notification of this establishment being under...
