Tonight, my wife and I received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. My wife (tried to) purchase a few pizzas for dinner. When she tried to pay with a debit card, she was told the transaction didn’t register, try again. She swiped the card again, and there was still no record of the payment in their system. But my bank charged me for BOTH transactions. We were then told they couldn’t give us a refund because the transaction never completed on their end, or give us our food because they didn’t know if we were charged or not. That’s when my wife showed them our banking app, showing not only was it paid for, but we were charged twice! The managers then proceeded to continuously lie to us about why they couldn’t give us our food that had been paid for. First, we were told that the district manager said not to give us our food or money. Then when I asked for contact information for said district manager, I was told they didn’t have that information. So, they charged me $50 for $25 worth of food and I left without my food...
Read moreTHE WORST SERVICE…. Today was my second time coming to this location since NYE… both times I ordered from the app… on NYE they closed early and would not refund me!! I was 1 of 3 people that this happened to this night…. They told us we had to call our banks to dispute it!!! Extremely terrible service…… so today I ordered thinking ok it’s early, it shouldn’t be that bad… I was wrong! Not only did they have the order wrong… I arrived 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready just to allow more time.. which was pointless because you still have to wait in a long line. When it was my turn, they told me they messed up the order and would have to do it all over again!! This took an additional 20 minutes!!!!! Read morePoor service, a turtle is faster than they are. They never have hot and ready “ready” the wait is always apprx between 20-30 minutes and that’s on a rare day. Every time i come here it’s an issue. I live right around the corner literally a few steps away and the only reason I come here is because of my kids when they want something fast to eat. Management needs to do something about this place or it will continue to lose customers. Their parking sucks and on a busy day there’s no place for customers to park at all unless they cause a big traffic right on the street. All the people that work there need some serious customer service training starting with management. If it was for me, I’d give it NO STARS whatsoever, but because you have to give it a star I had no other choice.
