Lou's Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

I placed an order over the phone last night at about 1:10 am, they were ok at first until I had an issue with my food. I ordered a chili fry with grilled chicken on top and two Coney's. My chili fry, which I order for my son almost daily, wasn't fixed like it normally is... The chili fry is usually $10 and it's 5 for the fries and 5 for the chicken...when I opened it up there was literally just a little chili, and a sprinkle of chicken and a absolutely no cheese. I asked the manager in his opinion did it look right, he said he didn't see an issue 🤔. I was so pissed so to avoid us arguing I just asked to get more chili & cheese, I was told it'll be 3.70. ok I went ahead & paid it so now we're at 13.70 for my son's fries. When I got it back they literally slapped chili on it and squeezed a few drops of cheese. It was so slapped together that the box and bag was leaking chili. My 2 coney dogs were nasty they tasted so old and salty. I didn't want any money back or anything I just wanted to let someone in charge know how bad my food and my visit was. So from what I was told the owner pops in & out so I can't speak with her, and I'm guessing there is nobody else over the shift manager so my complaint just fell upon deaf ears. I come here all the time, this was probably my first time ordering from the night shift though. I took pictures of the food, just to give an idea of what was served to me. I use to like eating at Lou's but lately like the past year this place food sucks. Today I ordered a veggie omelette no mushrooms all the veggies was burnt hashbrowns hard & burnt everything was burnt and nasty the toast was dry had no butter on it. All Coney Island restaurants, need to stop referring to customer as Sweetie or Baby! I is very Disrespectful and Condescending. I love there Grilled Chicken Club sandwich. I've been getting them for years. When I got home my chicken was scorched (a little burnt). This has never happened before. The next time I went I checked the sandwich before I left and it was scorched again. I asked for a remake.
