M George's Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

This place is ridiculous. 1st they butcher an entire order...(Missing pancakes from one order, the no cheese in the omelette or on the hash browns on the 2nd order then charged me for a ranch I didn’t get) Then to top it off I call back to get the order fixed and they tell me I have to have the food...(Like I had all day to wait for them to bring back the order they butchered in the first place). Then I call to get a resolve to the situation and they tell me why didn’t I call... But knew the exact order that was butchered! So basically you not gone replace a order u know u were wrong for because I didn’t have the food or I didn’t call(which I did)?? Pick one! And the food they sent was terrible! Hash browns was raw and under cooked and they burnt the omelette... This is inexcusable. I know my little review not gone make a difference but somebody need to see this. This...

6.25 it's absolutely ridiculous for chili cheese frys and it was disappointing, the grease stinks, the chili was watered down and not like Coney Island chili 🤔 it's dingy in there really needs a complete remodel, why do the black community keep the sorryest businesses in business,... I'm going to open a dodo cup slop shop food and beverage I'll stay in business 20 years if I put it anywhere in Detroit, really need to stop accepting poor service in order to get these type of places out...

Im extremely upset... I order my food over the phone. I get there and no one comes to the front for at least five minutes... I have caught an lyft up there on the way to my job. So i was charged extra fees to grab lunch. To only get tgerr and they totally forgot about the order and tried to rush and male it... Nothing was said for my inconvenience ... Now im late for work with no food for lunch and spent extra to come here... Something needs to be done....
