Chef Dom was personable and friendly. On the day of my order (scheduled for pickup) she offered a delivery. Sadly it did take over 2 hours from her call to get it delivered, and subsequently was 1.5 hours late from our original pickup time, but overall it was worth the wait. The crack and cheese was absolutely delicious, and guests couldn’t get enough of her mashed potatoes. The dinner rolls are an absolute must have! The meatballs in onion gravy were on point, packed with flavor. The chicken was falling off the bone, so juicy, and wonderful flavor. The veggies were soggy and overdone, but that was likely due to steam from the transport. We never did get the side salad which was part of the package per person we paid for, but the rest of the food was plenty! Everything was greatly appreciated and wonderful thanks to the Thanksgiving Day catering I received from Dominique Watt from Magnolia Dom's catering services. Her and her staff were uniformed, professional and prompt! My guests were really impressed with how she decorated our eating area with the cutest little décor. The layout was amazing and the food was even better! She was even able to cook last minute add ons right in my kitchen. All I had to do was open the door and eat! Dinner was ready at 1:30 pm! I was extremely shocked and impressed when she cleaned my kitchen and mopped the floors after cooking for almost 8 hours. I will definitely be using her for future family and business events! Chef Dom and her crew were amazing and very professional! From the first day we walked into her business, Chef Dom was so personable, we felt like we knew her already! Such a sweet spirit! She was very accommodating to our needs throughout the whole process and wanted to make sure we had the best experience for our wedding day! From the appetizers to the main course everything was delicious and our guest had nothing but great things to say. It was also nice to see Chef Dom out talking to our guest during the reception.
