Manhattan Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Detroit

I called at 10a Thanksgiving morning and ordered 50 whole wings and 40pcs of fish. She confirmed I could pick it up at 2p. I arrived late at 2:20p. Evenso my order still wasn't complete. I waited and finally received my order nearly an hour later than what i had asked at 2:50p. Dinner was served and every single person that tried the fish complained that it was rubbery and tasteless!! So I tasted a piece and I wholeheartedly agreed! I was embarrassed. Ordered a 50pc whole wing for a party at work, so after half the pan was gone I found a piece of shrimp in the bottom of the pan! I have seafood allergies! Luckily I didn't eat any yet. Every time I tell them I have seafood allergies they always claim "We don't try our chicken in the same grease." Well this is worse! My experiences with them prior to this have been good. They have surely lost a customer here at Jefferson North Assembly, when I'm throwing a party I will be ordering the wings elsewhere. Hopefully, my bad experience with this location is not the norm. I placed a telephone order for chicken and mac & Cheese. I arrived to pick up the order and received a pan of coleslaw. Instead of acknowledging his error, the manager tried to convince me that I ordered coleslaw. I spent my $100 at Captain Jays instead.
