Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Detroit

These people at this establishment is rude as hell yall! And I swear I’m one of the nicest and most forgiving people ever. But when I tell y’all I wanted to crawl through the plexi glass!?! The manage who’s a woman first of all hung straight up in my face after I called them asking were they hiring because I’ve made the mistake of a filling out an application and going in for an interview with a fast food company who said they were hiring at a certain location and told me they weren’t hiring anyone else for the year due to full staff. So I called to be sure and not waste my time, this broad had the audacity to hang up in my face without even the courtesy of just saying no. I don’t care how busy they were it’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason. If you can’t provide good customer service then maybe this job isn’t for you. And you are then deemed incompetent. I’ve also ordered from here before and the establishment is filthy. Had I not already paid my money I would’ve left. They never sweep their lobby, or wipe their tables. The glass windows are nasty and everything. So it’s obvious they could use the help, and it’s obvious I would’ve been willing. But at the end of the day what’s done is done. They need to hire people with better temper and attitudes because the employees they have...

I recently started working down the street from this location and my first couple of trips there went off without a hitch, but the last 3 times I've tried to get food here there has been nobody answering at the drive thru. Twice it was around 10:30 a little bit after they've opened and I couldn't even tell if anyone had shown up for work yet, and tonight it was 9:15pm and same thing long line and when everyone gets to the intercom no answer from anyone inside. The lights were all on at the display and inside, but nobody apparently wanted to work anymore or something because just no response to any of at least 7-8 cars I saw while I was there. Also, I've noticed a guy standing outside in the parking lot talking to either himself or on the phone for hours on end just about everyday when I drive by, he's wearing the same closes and it walks around and inbetween the cars in the drive though sometimes. Seems harmless, but super weird. Probably won't be going back again after tonight. Guess I'm going to have to get my Popeye fix at the location by my house...

The experience at This Popeyes is ABSOLUTELY atrocious!! Trifling! Nasty. I am sick a day after eating at this trashy dirty unsanitary restaurant. I don’t even know why I kept my food!! The counters are filled trash and chicken and paper and old food with no lids, the workers go from the back playing on their phones, to the register, to making orders ALL W/out gloves or hand sanitizer, or washed hands.. Then gets an attitude when u say something about,. YUCK . They need to be shut down.. NASTY. And they think it’s funny
