I ordered breakfast this morning and it was disgusting. My omelette had hair in it and my hash browns were burnt. I went back to the restaurant with the food and went to the drive thru window . Told her I was there earlier and it was hair in my food. I handed her the food and receipt and she looks in it and says what do I want her to do. So I go in and they can’t refund me because the manager isn’t available. The disrespectful cashier is an insult to injury. Will not eat here.

I like Royal Grill the service is GREAT 💞 somebody forgot my chocolate cake I called back 🔙 that is great Service. Now the restroom 🚺🚺 both are not working ⁉️⁉️ I've talked with the cooks at the PANDEMICS WORLD 🌎 they stopped the restaurants they closed the restrooms. WOW Governments they stopped everything ⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️At least I Enjoy Food at Royal Grill

Always order breakfast/ brunch from here and it never disappoints👍! It's actually like a coney but better with more and better options. The people are always pleasant and fast. Very Affordable and especially Great if your on the go and want something quick.

Great food, good customer service over the phone...HOWEVER..

I've been here multiple times in the past, no problem. Today I called in my order, went inside to pick it up, and another guy comes in and asks for his order to be canceled and demands a full refund because he's been waiting too long. To my surprise the lady behind the counter started going back and forth with him and told him no! Im not sure how long he waited but he was very adamant about a refund and no longer wanting his food. And then the lady told him to shut up. She didnt seem super serious but it was just so awkward and unprofessional! Meanwhile I'm just standing there thinking "Lord I just want my chicken so I can go home, because if things get ugly I DO NOT want to be in here, LOL." I got my food, they were still arguing.

So I was on my lunch break and also on the phone, taking care of my client's business. As I ordered the food, the lady was being disrespectful. As I was pulling up to the window, she came across the microphone and you better not order nothing else. I'm glad she did this because now when I do my reviews. I'm going to mention this and as a paying customer you can't disrespect us. It's ppl like that would do something to your food. When I start my review page. Whoever they have taking orders on Sunday morning is very rude,unprofessional & ghetto. She does not know how to talk to customers, customer service is not her high point. She belongs on the dishes.I asked for extra cheese & got no cheese at all in one of my omelettes. & the other omellete had regular cheese.They don't know how to make hash browns,I received sliced potatoes,that are super hard & crunchy at the top & the potatoes are not cooked thoroughly in the middle. I ordered through doordash so there is no way I can take my order back up there. If I was able to do so I would've placed the order & picked it up myself.
