KFC — Restaurant in Detroit

This store deserves ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This location used to be decent. My visit was today 8-2-2021 of course drive thru. There was 1 car ahead of me. I ordered 2 chicken pot pies. I pull up to the window and the nasty employee, RUDELY YELLED OUT WHILE FLAPPING HER HANDS, " you need to pull back". After I waited approx 1-2 mins. I pull ahead and asked why I couldn't pull up. She RUDELY applied, "you can pull up now, it's no big deal" followed by drive thru time is going. I was the only person in line. I seen how she rushed the car in front of me. The lady walked away, then the manager came and assisted with her rude self. She allowed her rude employee to talk trash in the background to a customer. The alleged shift manager refused to give me their names. I get the whole drive thru time, however; the nastiness was not NECESSARY!! Yall better learn how to talk to people, or someone gonna show you! If you don't like your job, learn a trade or go back...

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my experience at your establishment today between 1 PM and 3 PM. The manager on duty during this time demonstrated extremely poor customer service. She incorrectly rang up my order, resulting in me being charged more than expected. When I brought this to her attention, she refused to issue a refund.

To make matters worse, she also denied my attempt to purchase a sauce that I have successfully purchased at this location in the past. Her communication was unprofessional and dismissive, and she was outright rude throughout the interaction.

If this individual is a representative of your customer service standards, I strongly urge you to reevaluate your staffing. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this matter. If no action is taken, I will no longer be supporting your business.

4/28/17-Terrible experience. Placed my order using the drive thru. Ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 sides ALL DARK MEAT. Got to the window to pay for my food I reminded them again I wanted ALL DARK MEAT. The cashier told me it would be and asked me to pull around and wait for my "hot and fresh" chicken.

After waiting several minutes, a woman brings me my order (or so I thought) . by the time I got home to look at my food, I was looking at a bucket FULL OF WHITE MEAT and missing one side, despite it being clearly listed on my receipt. It seems like the larger the order the more complicated it is for them to follow. In addition to that the chicken didn't taste fresh at...
