Paradise Chop Suey — Restaurant in Detroit

I ordered a combination dinner that comes with pepper steak and rice and a shrimp egg foo yung pattie. I checked my food slightly and saw it was pepper steak however they usually have the pattie at the bottom so I just assumed it was covered up. When I got home my pattie wasn't there. I called up there and it's funny that the man can barely speak English, however, could manage to be disrespectful. He couldn't care less and couldn't even at least say sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say, their Establishment does not deserve to continue to thrive in our black community. This Chinese food place does not appreciate nor respect us or our money. Although they don't speak fluent English and I don't understand anything over the phone or in person this was one of my favorite Chinese restaurants to eat from.
