Found a gem. This is a food truck set up in the backyard of the home, It is nice and clean. I walked up and ordered, but it seemed like most folks call first and then pick it up so I would recommend doing that if you mind waiting. They were busy with consistent customers picking up carry out so I was happy waiting only 25 minutes. The food was fantastic, it is what you expect when you order from old school Benihana or Kyoto with more care taken and it shows in the quality, cleanliness and flavor. Portions were nice, Shrimp was fresh and deveined properly, veggies crisp yet cooked to perfection, I did order extra with lite onion…$18 out the door…I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The southwest steak hibachi has this spicy kick and sweetness that hits you unexpectedly 😍

You have to get a side of the spicy sauce to drizzle over the top its like the icing on the most amazing cake ever made.

Life-changing hibachi. As soon as you park, you smell the amazing aroma and immediately look forward to the food. The lady taking orders is very nice and patient. Everyone who works there is so nice. Now the food: AMAZING. I am so picky about my hibachi and this place seriously met, if not, exceeded my expectations. The food is cooked to perfection. Steak and chicken hibachi is a must! I have been wanting to find a good hibachi place for so long. I will definitely be making the drive here more often. So worth it. Thank you...
