Taco Bell — Restaurant in Detroit

I understand it’s COVID precautions to take but I was flat out discriminated against today in this Taco Bell. I went inside I had to use the restroom and was nowhere near home. When I was walking in I noticed a lady coming out of the bathroom so I knew they were available to use. I placed my order and asked the cashier to buzz me in the bathroom. He said the bathrooms weren’t available to use. While waiting for my food my friend decided to order a Freeze. The cashier realized he recognized him so my friend asked if I could use the restroom again. The cashier said sure and buzzed the men’s restroom. I am a female. I do not know if he did not hear him correctly but when he explained he asked him to buzz the restroom for me and he needed to buzz the female bathroom he was apprehensive then finally buzzed it. When our order came up we did not receive our medium drinks but were charged for them. I wish I could give zero stars because there is no way he should have gave me an issue about using the restroom since one person was already using it when I came in and he had no problem opening the restroom for my male friend. I went to Taco Bell on McNichols near Greenfield on Thursday December 21, 2023 at approximately 0110. I ordered and waited for my food for about 7 mins. I got home and my whole entire order was wrong and missing items. I immediately checked my receipt to get the phone number to call to explain my order was wrong and missing items. I called 8x and someone kept hanging up each time I called. I then drove back to the location and no one came to the speaker or the window. I pulled straight up to the window because there were no cars in the drive thru. I sat at the window for about 2-3 minutes and again no one came to the window. I then reversed to go back to the speaker to see if anyone would come to the speaker. NOTHING. After sitting at the speaker for an additional 2-3 mins. I noticed another customer in a Dark colored Lincoln pull in behind me while I’m sitting at the speaker waiting for someone to come. At this point, I even said “hello” a few times at the speaker. NOTHING. I then pull back up to the window and NOTHING. No one is visible so, I knocked on the window after waiting for another 2-3 minutes. NOTHING. NO ONE ever came to the window, I finally left. I ordered a burrito supreme looked in the bag looked like a burrito. Got home it was a burrito, but instead it was a seven layer burrito, Drove all the way back up to Taco Bell showed them. I also told them they should give me an extra one for the inconvenience which they did. Got all the way home been into one. It was just meat beans and cheese opened it up. There was no lettuce tomato or onion on either of them. Had to drive all the way back up there the drive-through guy got the guy who was preparing the food get a manager When she came to the window, I showed her she told me to hold on Then the guy at the window handed me 2 burrito supremes. I told the manager there’s no reason I should have had to come there three times Let alone two times to get my order right imagine driving home twice and having to go back 2 times terrible. But how do you make a burrito supreme and only put beans, meat and cheese on it. Then to top it off I get home I guess the guy was trying to be funny no sour cream and like 3 tablespoons of onions ve in both of the burrito supremes had to throw them away it was very dry barely any meat or beans this time.
