Riverside Pizza has been a reliable pizzeria with high quality food and service for years. However, on May 30,something went awry.We were charged an amount much higher than our usual for our standard order(we didn’t catch this when we ordered), and the delivered pizza and wings didn’t come close to their normal quality. The pizza was undercooked and lacked tomato sauce, while the wings were completely flavorless ( as they forgot the sauce).It was to late in the day to complain, but upon calling the next day, the person who we believed to be the owner or manager didn’t seem to care that we had an issue or was not willing to offer any discount-even on a future order.So we don’t know if this is a one day occurrence, or now a trend, but we can no longer recommend Riverside Pizza.We understand that it is hard to maintain consistency every day, but it’s worse when the management turns a deaf ear to customer feedback.
