I ordered my regular venti drink with light ice and every time I order it, it is filled to the top. Today when I ordered it, the woman making my drink didn't come close to filling my drink to the top. When I addresses her about it and asked her to top it off with more coconut milk she said she isn't allowed to do that. The people who work here are great! Drinks are made correctly and quickly. The only downside is that the way they ring in drinks causes them to be more expensive. For example, instead of ringing in an iced vanilla latte, they will ring in an iced latte and add a pump of vanilla (and they usually don’t include the correct number of pumps this way).
