I ordered my regular venti drink with light ice and every time I order it, it is filled to the top. Today when I ordered it, the woman making my drink didn't come close to filling my drink to the top. When I addresses her about it and asked her to top it off with more coconut milk she said she isn't allowed to do that. I told her that I came the day before (and every time before that) and it was normal and filled to the top. At this point I told her that, and she said her coworkers were doing it wrong. The people who work here are great! Drinks are made correctly and quickly. The only downside is that the way they ring in drinks causes them to be more expensive. For example, instead of ringing in an iced vanilla latte, they will ring in an iced latte and add a pump of vanilla (and they usually don’t include the correct number of pumps this way).
