Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Dickson

It was a lovely lunch out! We parked and ordered inside, as the drive thru was ridiculously long. There were many good things: the employees were very polite and patient with each order and good about cleaning the tables. The inside was fairly spacious and clean as I mentioned, definitely great for a dining in. Some things to also be cautious about: we had to wait a fairly long amount of time from when we ordered our food initially (about a 20 minute wait I believe). It seemed they were more attentive to the drive thru customers than the customers who dined in. Also, if you are eating indoors, the self serve refreshment machine wasnt mostly out of service (but the staff graciously stated they would grab what the coca cola machine was out of from the drive thru drink fountain). All in all, it's a wonderful time (if you have the patience for it), the food was amazing (as always). I reccomend trying the Zaxby's Signature Chicken Sandwich. My family won a few coupons off the radio for free meals. We went to redeem them at this Zaxbys. We are Vegetarian and asked for the meat to be left on the side(for our dog). They hid bacon in the cheese, literally put 5 frys in the box, and sandwich was all over. The manager was very hateful and acted as if we did something wrong for redeeming our coupons. She also commented that we didn't deserve bags because we didn't have to pay for our meals. Her name tag displayed the name Jennifer. I don't know what she is going through in her life right now, don't see how she is the manager, but I'm praying for her to find peace for whatever she is going through. I had previously given 5 stars for Zaxbys, but I had to drop it down to 3 today. I went there after work and ordered a southwest salad, and a big zax snack. There was barely any salad in the $10. Plate. Also, there was barely any french fries with the zax snack plate. I also asked for extra French fry seasoning. They barely put any. This was a mobile order. So it was all in writing.
